It is managed by Women in Racing, with whom Kindred collaborated last year to sponsor the project, which was delivered in cooperation with Simply Racing and Oxford Brookes.

This culminated in the publication of a paper titled 'Racing Home, Working Mothers in the Horseracing Industry,' which addressed some of the tough decisions, problems, and misconceptions faced by women with children.

Women in Racing will engage with Kindred to put the report's recommendations into action. This comprises both practical and pedagogical reforms, such as the creation and implementation of a "transparent Racing Home portal (website)."
