A sportsbook run by Kindred. It has been disclosed that during the course of 2023, Unibet will supply 400 amateur basketball and football clubs with the necessary athletic equipment and clothing.
The programme, which is branded #AuCoeurDuFootball becomes #AuCoeurDuSport – meaning 'Sports at Heart' – will result in an average savings of €2,500 ($2,676) for each of the participating teams.

"Being at the heart of local communities, Kindred is a firm believer that grassroots sports plays an enormous role in society," stated Adrien Julian, Head of Corporate Affairs France for the Kindred Group.

"Given the lingering effects of the pandemic, which hit amateur clubs the hardest, it only makes sense to strengthen our commitment and extend our support beyond football," said one participant. "Given how amateur clubs were hit the hardest by the pandemic."

"Unibet is delighted to continue providing equipment to thousands of competitors, both male and female, all around the country of France. In addition, as part of the more comprehensive Journey Towards Zero strategy, responsible gambling statements will be printed on each of the shirts.

In the meantime, the Secretary of FC Chancelade Marsac, Laurent Latour, said the following: "To date, between shirts, equipment, and supplies, we believe that we have saved somewhere about EUR 3,500.

This is obviously a very large budget for our team, which enables us to purchase some high-quality gear from Adidas. A photo shoot was planned to take part in the Unibet Awards, and meetings were organised with the other selected clubs in the operation. #AuCoeurDuSport has helped to bring people together, in addition to providing them with kits.

Since Kindred began becoming engaged with amateur sports in France, it has provided comparable help to over 780 groups since 2019. In addition, the registration deadline for the programme for basketball and football teams is on the 28th of February.

In other news, Kindred recently said that it brought in a total group revenue of £305 million for the quarter ending in 2022.
